I am writing this review about my one year experience with Pines & Trent Storage. I researched online for storage facilities near me - I was impressed from the start with the amenities offered as per their website - digital surveillance, fenced facility, code-required gate entry, and their effort to avert runoff and flooding. Sherrie is amazing The Company should be paying her more money !!!! So I live in the Millwood area & I'm downsizing but everyone knows you can downsize if you don't have any room to work with, I shopped around to a couple places and people kept giving me the run around about price & how prices are not set in stone because of the market rate bah blah. I had an outstanding experience with this company. When I first inquired about renting a unit Astra was very kind and explained everything to me about how the facility is ran so that I felt comfortable housing my things there. They have amazing security and keep every unit very clean. I needed to move units and Shaerrie got it taken care of right away. It was very easy to access my unit outside of normal business hours and I especially loved that every time I accessed my unit I received a text message to make sure it was me.... read more
I have been there for quite a few years. Everything very clean and maintained. Security is great. I would recommend to anyone.
I’ve had a great experience as a Pines and Trent Storage customer. Facility is very clean, convenient, and accessible. “Smart” units are a great option. The staff are always super friendly and professional.
