I Have had the Pines replacement for 12 years now. It still works perfectly but sometimes I wonder if they know just how good these units are. Before the replacement careful leveling was important. I rarely give level a thought now. In hot weather I had to place a fan in the coils and try to shade the coils in weather above 75 degrees. The replacement unit works well into the 95 degree range with no problem. I really can't say enough about how good these units are. Tony Battaglia
