About eleven years ago I had the misfortune to work as a counselor in this facility in the "Young Women's Center". These were some of the things that I saw taking place in that department: 1. Giving in to residential demands that were unhealthy for the residents to keep them from tearing tiles out of the ceiling, etc. 2.
