My husband and I were so happy to have found a doctor's office were they are caring and patient here at pines health center it's more like a family member coming to see family or visiting a friend so much more welcoming and comfortable there I actually enjoyed my doctors visit for once as oddly as that sounds it's true.. Great place to go for a doctor's visit or to make it your permanent doctors.

My experience is very similar to the other one star comments. I should add, however, that even the people answering the phones are rude and dismissive. And whatever you do, don't trust the Caribou Medical Center surgical dept. Do a little investigating and you will find they've lost plenty of patients undergoing routine surgical procedures. Imagine you or your loved one going in for a colonoscopy or some other so-called routine procedure and you or they die during the procedure. I have a brain tumor with 20 symptoms,stress induced platonic seizures, along with many other medical issues. I received horrible care. Would never receive a phone call back from my voicemails. Never got my medications filled so try primary care made me stop three medications cold Turkey that was very important. Refused to refill them. Talked to multiple others in pines to get someone to refills my meds and get me an appointment and got absolutely nowhere with that.
