Chris Zumbalin is a dishonest and non fulfilling contractor. He sold us on a lagoon style pool and he was unable to deliver. Mind you, he himself only spent a handful of days at our home during the 6 mos he attempted to produce a pool. (This was only suppose to be a 5 week project). He has all I the money per the contract and has walked off the job leaving us with a 25% completed pool that had many mistakes that we are unable to get another contractor to put their work along with Chris. I wish I would have read the previous rating by Curtis before having my project started. Chris (The Owner) is NOT a man of his word, in fact they are very deceitful in their tactics. We hired them to do a very expensive lagoon pool project. We were decent enough to go ahead and put up half the cost in the beginning. Then had a structured payout along the way.
