This was our first visit. There was a warm and caring vibe from the doctor to the receptionist. I am so glad we switched vet hospitals.
My dog had an ear infection and my regular vet could not see him. Pine Plains vet took him the next afternoon. They were so kind and helpful. The vet explained everything, gave me some good tips. And was super gentle with my crazy dog. I have now changed my vet to Pine Plains.
We brought our kitten here for her first visit. It was just as awesome as people have told me. Everyone was so incredibly nice and Dr. Kalba was so warm and friendly and really took the time to explain everything to us and let us ask questions. And the cost for the visit was very reasonable. Also they were able to fit us in next day after calling which was great.
