Bringing my grandson in to pines today for a hand injury. His daddy brought him but my 3 year old little man begged me to come. While dad is trying to calm my screaming grandson I tried to check him in. I was told I needed to go wait in the car. After a few choice comments I had to kiss his little head and leave. So i have a one and two year old who both had appointments at the same time. Both parents came. They got my updated info when they called to make an appointment (obviously) and my husband's phone had not changed! When we got there they tell us well we couldn't get in touch with you because the phone number is disconnected. BS. And they had a back up number !!! I just drove from Houlton, Maine all the way up to Caribou, the construction was horrible. I called them at 9:45 and told them I would be late and they said yep it would fine just be here in 15 minutes! And so I got here at 10:14 and they said sorry we can’t get you in. After explaining to them I just drove over an hour to get here they still refused to get me in.
This place has the worst care ever. It has drs that refuse to refill medications that children have been on for years. I've never had so much trouble with one drs office as I have this one. Then they make sit and wait all day for them to make a 3 minute phone to refill the prescription. Don't trust this place. Oh and the ER drs have no clue what their talking about either. Had them tell me one thing and the obgyn tell me the complete opposite. I would seriously think it before entering this hospital.
