Had a leak in my unit in JULY coming from above. Spoke with management, they informed me I will not be responsible for the damages and they will have a construction crew come and fix my ceiling. Here we are Sept 4th and still no one has called me to schedule a time to fix my ceiling. I have been in contact with management directly (via email and phone). I call the construction company they said the reached out to to fix my ceiling but the phone number listed for the business isn't active. Long story short, go elsewhere!!

This place is a HOT MESS. The only good thing I can say is the cleaning ladies kept the premises looking decent, and maintenance was on point. They always answered and fixed issues within a day or so! But everything else, a straight up mess. I swear, it felt like I was living under an elephant enclosure with how loud my upstairs neighbors were, walls thin as can be, and package thieves running wild. Don’t waste your time here. It looks nice on the outside, however it is very ghetto. They have broken into almost every vehicle on the grounds. My incident happened 10/14/23. On 12/24/23 they broke into 6-8 more cars. The homeowners are being violated continuously, there are people that sleep in the trash rooms at night. The property management is aware of this and does nothing about it. They send out worthless tips in newsletters but do nothing to stop the crime crisis or even help the people affected.
