**Move-out update: Tried charging us for carpet cleaning when we moved out, despite us having it done prior and emailing the receipt to the address they gave us… Been over a month now and still have yet to receive our deposit. Both instances, the senior property manager has been impossible to get ahold of. Communication at this apartment is extremely poor. Emails and phone calls are often ignored, and the only way to get a response is to go up to the office in person or serve them with something official. It shouldn't take that level of effort to get basic issues addressed. Unfortunately, Crystal, the Senior Property Manager, seems to be the downfall of this place. This apartment is nasty!!!! My bathroom was flooded three times, roach infestation, ac not working, ceiling leaking and much more. The property manager crystal is NO HELP what so ever. Stay away from these apartments. When I move in the drains were filthy and I had to replace to with my own money!! Reach out to cooperate NO HELP! All they want to do is collect your rent and want you to live in filth.
Recently just moved out after living there for 2 years. They scam on utilities. So if you don't want to pay over $400 in utilities and that doesn't include electric I wouldn't move here. They refuse to give breakdowns. They will just send you the bill as a breakdown. They base it off of the master and split it that way to be "fair." It is not by unit. Im active duty military. They are horrible! The management doesn’t even try to make you feel okay when their place has horrible AC issues and even my electric panel exploded and I have to get the people on base involved just to get paid for all the expenses it cost me they didn’t call me or anything to comfort us or make us feel better, this place is trash. We complained about water damage and mold and they painted over it as a solution. I will say Mr.Brown is very nice and cared but this complex is trash.
