Renters beware - these buildings are old so they come with many many issues with things like plumbing, hvac, etc… We’ve lived here less than a year and our bathroom has flooded 3 times, the HVAC has flooded the spare room twice, and the hot water heater is now flooding our hallway and bedroom. There are also constant fluctuations in utility bills, some months it being over $200 more than usual. So many fake reviews in the last week. New property manager’s top priority right now seems to padding this page with fraudulent reviews from people who don’t even live in the complex, implementing new policies and fines to squeeze more money out of tenants, and of course raising rents without adding any value. Read reviews from people who actually live here, not people who just took a tour! Units and amenities do not match the prices.
