Great place to live. Office staff are quick to send maintenance to repair issues or address any problems, and they're very helpful with transfers to other areas. I've been a Boardwalk renter for 16 years, and I won't move anywhere else, but I recommend giving Boardwalk a try.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pines of Normanview is an excellent place to live if you’re looking for a rental home. The community is clean, quiet, and very well maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Walls are paper thin, your view is your neighbors window, and if you complain about noise, count on gaslighting and denial from management. -Anne-Sophie mngt is already aware. Thanks for the empty apologie. My expectation of peace in my home is more than reasonable. Having to place complaints about the same thing for weeks or months is unreasonable.

Mostly a really nice place....the Pines Edge I, II, and, III. Rent is getting to be too high, though. Building is well maintained, friendly atmosphere, and helpful staff. Handicap parking is almost non-existent for visitors. Great views overlooking the city bike paths and a creek with beautiful wildlife. There's a convenience store, hair salon, pharmacy, and Westside Pizza less than a 5 minute walk away.
