I arrived a bit before check in time , there was no one in the office, called the number on door and he advised me he had an emergency to attend to and would be back asap, he did send some one else to give me keys to the room . Upon the manager arriving back he did bring me 6 Tim hortons donaughts for my trouble and help me in room connect to wifi. Great service.
Great stay! Two-star hotel to be sure, but it is comfortable, clean, and safe. Shoutout to Maharshi working at the front desk - he was so upbeat and kind :)
Came here around 9pm with a one room vacancy on expedia but a cardboard ‘no vacancy’ in the front office which by the way was closed and no one was there at all -waited a good 15mins for someone. Bad service, bad business. You have a lazy staff.
For the price, at least it would be nice if someone was actually at the front desk when you want to check in
