A waste of time. They don't do cleanings, routine dental, and can't figure out how to do a pre-authorization. Instead he'll advise you to pay another dentist cash even though they know you can't afford it. I've been trying to get a replacement mouth guard for over a year. The picture is of the choking hazard I currently make do with so I can sleep. I get the impression that the dentist is trapped in that position, compelled to perform, and unable to leave. It's weird.
Being new to the area and trying to find any medical help is already hard enough as it is. I had appointments set months in advance, yet to get 1 appointment rescheduled 3 different times with the 3rd time being canceled because the doctor is "sick". So of course I show up for my next appointment and here I am writing this STILL waiting for my appointment. So I'm going to find a new provider, we make time for this, we make it work for our schedules and the only good thing is the receptionist, she is beyond professional.

I can’t believe I’m writing this review but I have gone to my first appointment and in that one appointment the dentist only looked at one side of my mouth-literally. I felt completely rushed and thought I was going for dental care but it’s basically a referral service and unprofessional with the basics.
