Being new to the area and trying to find any medical help is already hard enough as it is. I had appointments set months in advance, yet to get 1 appointment rescheduled 3 different times with the 3rd time being canceled because the doctor is "sick". So of course I show up for my next appointment and here I am writing this STILL waiting for my appointment. So I'm going to find a new provider, we make time for this, we make it work for our schedules and the only good thing is the receptionist, she is beyond professional.

I can’t believe I’m writing this review but I have gone to my first appointment and in that one appointment the dentist only looked at one side of my mouth-literally. I felt completely rushed and thought I was going for dental care but it’s basically a referral service and unprofessional with the basics. As difficult as it already is to get proper dental care up here, I’m pretty mad that after calling for almost two weeks trying to get sooner or get my appointment dates (I have the card but misplaced it before missing one appointment I could’ve made had someone answered or called me back) I’ve been leaving voicemails left and right after my cavity came out eating dinner, no one called me back.
