It should be noted that The Pines Board had Luxor One electronic lockers (similar to the Amazon HUB lockers) installed in the Mailroom with access by key. When a package arrives, you receive an email with a code to open the locker. We have a great Board and a great property management company. The Mailroom and Gym were closed at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, and other measures were taken to protect the residents of The Pines.
I live in a home directly behind the Pines and for six days, a resident has been on "vacation," and the batteries in their smoke detector need to be replaced. With that being a fact, they must have left a window or their sliding glass door open. For the past six days there has been a double beeping every 30 seconds.
