I constantly have to chase after them. Everything is a struggle over there. Med refills can take up to a week at times. They send me out for referrals and tests and it is completely hit or miss on whether hear back from anyone on results or not. Either way after they get the results from that one test or specialist visit don't expect them to explore into the problem any further. A year ago I reached out to Pines and asked if they were accepting new patients and if they had female providers specifically accepting patients. They confirmed they were so I had my records sent over. Then they called and tried to schedule me with a male provider. I told them that I would prefer to continue driving down state to see my provider if they did not have a female provider available and that I did not wish to schedule with them. dr armstrong is actually a very good doctor, im glad you guys are getting some good people on board
It's all good when you have a scheduled appt but they never answer phone before 8am. Ive called left message each day for a call back and nothing. I realize these places are backed up and over booked and short handed but make an effort to call back. I should not have to nag.
