Profesional Maintenance I have had the best experience with all the maintenance team, the most polite in everything required. Helmut (Maintananse Supervisor), and the staff Hector and Juan are exceptional workers always willing to help and fix any inconvenience of the department. We've lived at this complex for 2 years and have absolutely 0 complaints. One of the best things about living here is how incredible our maintenance and office staff are. They're always super kind, helpful, and timely. Truly couldn't have picked a better a complex to live.
I dont agree with the lease honestly if i knew i could not smoke on my own patio i would have never moved in, but with that being said Jennifer and Mindy are absolutely amazing they are the only 2 I will talk to, they are always so sweet and easy to talk too.
Living here has been amazing. Move in was quick and painless. Jennifer made everything so easy. They are so attentive to their tenants and their needs. It’s great! If you are looking for an affordable place to live that is beautiful, with great amenities, great maintenance, and fantastic staff who truly care, this is the place for you! Thank you Jennifer!
