Jennifer, Helmut, Frank and Juan have consistently gone above and beyond to help us, always resolving any issues promptly and with genuine care. It’s a safe and warm place to live with your family, or even if you are single. They have very clean exteriors and a wonderful attention, whatever you need they come up with the solution and Jennifer Miller will always support you in any situation you may need, she is a fantastic person who makes you feel comfortable and welcome. Also, it’s an awesome pet friendly place!
Extremely disappointing experience. This apartment complex has the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. They demand unnecessary personal information like direct access to your bank account—something no other apartment has ever required. After providing all the documents and proof needed for a background check, they canceled our application and refused to refund the application fee. Despite some issues totally out of her control, Jennifer came in and saved the day for me! I cannot speak well enough about Jennifer, the Assistant Manager at Pines. She is helpful, understanding and attentive when concerns appear. What a gem Pines at Glen Laurel has on their staff! I am so grateful for her help and willingness to help me navigate my experience here.
