I was one of the first tenants to move into the Pines and I must say it was one of the best apartment complexes I have ever lived at. The front staff (shoutout to Jennifer) as well as the other front staff were amazing, courteous, and fast to respond all my complaints questions and concerns with a positive outcomes in every situation. Maintenance staff (shoutout to "Helmet") as well as the other maintenance staff always addressed any repairs in a speedy and always fixed any issues that may have come. Pines at glen laurel is an amazing experience. You can tell the value of somewhere by the attitude of those who work there. HUGE Shoutouts to Jennifer and Juan who helped in my time of distress to solve my issues promptly by going above and beyond the call of duty. The amenities are clean and obviously well taken care of. While no place is perfect as there are residents who may not be as considerate as we would like. Having a team of people willing to listen and help goes a long way in making you call Pines, home.
We’ve had an amazing experience living here for the past four years. Jennifer, Helmut, Frank and Juan have consistently gone above and beyond to help us, always resolving any issues promptly and with genuine care. Their dedication and professionalism have made our time here truly enjoyable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a supportive and well-managed community.

It’s a safe and warm place to live with your family, or even if you are single. They have very clean exteriors and a wonderful attention, whatever you need they come up with the solution and Jennifer Miller will always support you in any situation you may need, she is a fantastic person who makes you feel comfortable and welcome. Also, it’s an awesome pet friendly place!
