Let me begin by saying the staff is exceptional! They're friendly, down to earth, and sweet. I love it here at Reserve Glen Laurel luxury apartments; especially the elevator! The application process and move-in was quick. The price is not bad either for a spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bath (1050 square feet). The geographic location is perfect! Can't wait to go to the pool!!
The staff is amazing and Jennifer in the leasing office promptly answers and question or concern I have. You will not be disappointed living here!
I was living here is the best place in clayton The managers are very good people, especially Jenn, and the maintenance guys are very good workers. I miss them.
While the apartments and amenities are nice, the community standards have really gone downhill since Jimmy left; especially with regards to noise levels. The newer staff - while otherwise excellent - seem unable, unwilling, or simply not allowed to risk conflict by reminding tenants to keep it down. My building has a pretty serious problem with inconsiderate and careless neighbors.
