I’ve had some experiences, but Stefanie, the landlord definitely made sure it was fixed for me. It’s a lovely place to live. Come and talk to her and she will make sure to help you as much as she can. She goes over and beyond for the tenants.
Very clean place to live and the people are nice also
I absolutely love this place! The property manager Stefani has been so helpful with the process and super responsive. I love that it’s gated and the kids park is perfect for a quick afternoon play time after work. The apartments alone are so spacious and up to date.
great place!! If ur looking for quiet & peacefulness, pines @ Allen is the place to go! The property manager Stefani- is amazing!! She made move in a breeze and was sure to break down everything to your understanding. She didn’t leave any of our questions unanswered.
I have lived out here since these apartments first opened, it has been overall a good experience on and off for me. The property manager Stefani has been phenomenal and stays on top of everything out here, if I call and need something she takes care of it right away. I love that, it hasn’t been that way since Ms. Esther was here. I am so thankful we have a great front desk and property manager that takes her job serious and makes sure her residents are taken care of as it should be.
