Just recently moved in, very spacious apartments. Patio area is big enough for what you need on there, great view too! Lots of walking space around the complex, great management. Stephanie is on top of everything, emails, work orders, maintenance. She’s also in the process of getting everyone their own gate code which I love. The parking permits I also love, she’s getting that in place very soon. She has really been a very nice manager and I really appreciate her and I would like for her to stay because she's very good at what she does and she's very nice to the residents here so please let her stay. Please do something very special for her because I feel like she goes out of her way to help the residents that live here and she tries to make it a peaceful and safe place to live
Just recently moved to these apartments and they completely have exceeded my expectations. The manager Stefani goes above and beyond to answer any questions or give me the help I need. The property is quiet and very well kept. Maintenance is on top of any issues very quickly, and he does his job very well. They have a very great team of people here, I would recommend these apartments to anyone!

I just recently moved to pines at Allen and I would like to say the process was super easy and pleasant. Mrs Stephani has been a wonderful lady to work with. Any thing we have needed she has been right on top of everything.
