My experience at Pines at Allen has been anything but pleasant from move out to move in. Upon moving in, I was informed that the unit available to me was roach infested. Due to circumstances and time constrictions as well as the severity of the situation, I had to accept the move in. Let me state that I myself am a very clean individual so keeping the unit clean and doing what I can to reduce such an infestation was not going to be an issue for me. THIS IS ALSO QUXXN BIH, PLEASE READ FIRST REVIEW, THIS IS PART TWO Specifically, I dealt with an idivivual by the name of Lindsey. When I initially moved in, Lindsey was not only known to be rude but also non-responsive and showed utter negligence when it came to resident needs. I submitted work orders for my dryer hook up being that my dryer plug did not fit into their electrical outlet, loose cabinet handles, and my oven. It's nice and clean. It's a gated community as well. I really love it here. They seem to never keep the same person as the manager and it brings confusion. Other than that I love it.
