I don't recommend.
It wasn’t so much the property manager or maintenance. It was my neighbors that were the problem I used to live on Elm and there was this house on who would allow her kids to roam the streets at all hours of the night, and they would come on my property and steal all of my stuff and then she would just play off as it never happened her kids were always supervise her kids were NEVER EVER supervised and always cause problems. Angela is a great property manager makes the process easy-going very on top of everything. The community is super nice. They have put out some new manufactured properties. I personally myself appreciate the park for the kids as well as the pool. Some of the reviews are very false from tenants or from the property managers before I understand how they feel like that or that they have not kept up with their stuff but hey, I Appreciate a good property manager, and she is one for sure.
To the next property manager I worked here for 6 months , and working here has an absolute nightmare . The owner & maintenance has been amazing to me . However I was mistreated by the regional manager of this community, i was blamed for things and i was harassed repeatedly. I reported him to Hr things got worst . these are the following things i dealt with .
