We were unable to pay rent a month due to loss of job during which we received help from a charity organization. Management at the Pines took it upon themselves to promptly charge eviction filing fees of an additional $580 knowing full well we were already struggling to pay rent. They have several vacant trailers but only care about greed not making life better for their residents. Do better Pines.

The Pines does not honor their “referral bonus”. They have an incompetent “lifeguard”’ who subjects residents to inappropriate harassment over choice of swimwear whilst themselves maintaining an “Only Fans”. There are pot holes everywhere they refuse to fix which has caused me to have to purchase a new tire. There is frequent noise from bombs and machine guns due to being situated just a mile away from a military base. This trailer park is not that bad the rent is high like everywhere the roads suck but its a great place to live most of the people are nice it has local neighborhood issues like anything else I will say its genuinely a nice place corporate sucks
