I recently ordered 10tons of recycled concrete prepaid, from Pineridge. Delivery was scheduled for 8:30am. Delivery truck arrived at 12:30pm, left by 12:40. There was a rental excavator and crew waiting 4 hours for the delivery. All good, that happens. I still tipped the driver generously. A week later Pineridge calls, "The delivery took 30 minutes extra and we gave you extra gravel. You owe us $76.66."
