My experience at this clinic was disappointing. After learning from someone close to me, also a former patient, that some of my dental issues should’ve been addressed earlier (after they visited another dentist), I realized Dr. Schneider didn’t provide full transparency about potential complications or other concerns he noticed. Firstly, the girls at the front desk are amazing and do an awesome job and are very kind. But I will never ever step foot in this place again because their dental assistant was absolutely horrible to me. She needs better training in how to communicate with deaf persons. I don't appreciate being humiliated and talked down to so loud that the whole clinic can hear her berating me after I said the denture is garbage and I can't wear it.
