Doctor Heron is a Godsend. Among the Blessings I have this Holiday season; I will count Dr. Heron. I want to take time out to express a heartfelt thank you for his care, compassion, and professionalism. Because of Dr. Heron I feel safe, and I have hope for my future. AUI has 2 sides 1 medical service, very nice helpful and friendly, the other accounting they are incompetent and cheaters, have owe 110$ that I say will pay with my appointment 11/02/2022 which I did, I still owe 110$, so I call them, they said that what I paid was applied to a balance from 12/2021, after a year they find out that I owe that money which is exactly how much I have paid, they have been tracking my account for 4 years and have paid everything I owe, so this 110$ came out of the just when I paid, they did not c... read more

I met with Dr. Grable on 09/21/22 and 09/28/22. I did not care for his attitude, or the fact that he is rushed and lets you know that when he comes in to see you. While my stats came off well, he suggested another procedure just to be sure but said I did not have to do it because he was already too busy anyway. I told him I would not want to have him do a procedure .... if he has to rush. Will never visit him again.

impossible to get through on phone and patient portal is useless. If after 20 minutes you get a person then you are cut off or hung up on.. This place has progressively gotten worse

If I could give this office zero stars, I would. I have never been treated so poorly by a healthCARE provider. It has been very difficult to get them to help me for 3 months. I have been very patient up until then but when I made the comment that they are dragging their feet and I’m the one suffering, they told me if I don’t like their timing and protocol, I can go somewhere else.
