I’ve been going to PUSH for about 4-5 years now. I absolutely love it and won’t ever change my gym. The staff is always helpful and friendly and the equipment is top tier! The personal training programs have helped me become a better athlete and overall stronger. Would highly recommend to anyone who’s looking for a very experienced, flexible, and reliable place to start their journey!

A gym where there's a variety of some equipment I've never seen anywhere else and staffed with friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable trainers. There are learning opportunities through workshops and they have programs specifically geared toward Parkinson patients which I am totally impressed with as an occupational therapist.
