I've been coming to PUSH for 5 and a half years now, and it is one of the best decisions I have ever made. The staff is super friendly, especially Jonah (he's my pookie). I have made incredible gains in my strength and speed since I started, and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Push has been a good experience for me. Coach Jonah has been working with the Parkinson patients. Although it’s not a cure it does help to navigate the process.

Coach Jonah is very helpful and caring. He makes it fun!!Jonah mixes it up so it's not boring. He also pushes us to our limit. He knows who can do what.
