From the front desk staff, the nurses and the techs conducting the treatments and of course Dr. Altoos, my experience was top notch. It's a bit scary going through Radiation treatments. I have breast cancer. I went daily for 4 weeks. From the initial consultation; meeting the Doctor, reviewing the plan, expectations and preparation, and mapping, I was met by warm, welcoming, compassionate, friendly, and professional people. . Every person, from the front desk, to the nurses, techs, and Doctors makes you feel special and safe and confident you are in good hands. You will be well-cared for at this facility. Thank you to all. It was not so scary.
I had an amazing experience at this radiation oncology center. From start to finish, the entire team was kind, supportive, and truly made me feel cared for during such a difficult time. Everyone was welcoming, patient, and always willing to answer questions, which made each visit feel less stressful.
