Made a 15 min consult appt for July 15th at 4:45 with Ms. Walters. The call never came, at 5:15 I called the firm and left a msg stating I didn't receive my phone call. Today, July 16th I called at 10:45 to ask about my appt. Stephanie stated they could not help me. It would have been professional if they had kept the appt or called me during the day telling me they would not be able to help. Courtesy must not be strong point. Rude

It’s already hard enough to have to pick a lawyer for cases you’d rather be able to solve yourself. Then there’s the question of if the lawyer really cares. Rowland Boyd has represented himself and his team as amazing people and some one with my best interest in mind! Easy to talk too, understandable and forward looking.
