This location provided a very poor experience. I waited for an hour and a half, and when I was finally assisted, the representative, Atari, asked if I had a second form of ID. She told me I could quickly return to my car to retrieve it. When I came back—less than three minutes later—she informed me that my time was up and that I would need to start over and wait in line again.
Always busy, but the system moves quickly with rarely a wait longer than 15mins. Staff are polite and friendly. Over 40 windows! Mostly a walk in place, they do accept appointments for some activities. Well organized with plenty of free parking.
The front desk attendant seemed in a big hurry and not very customer friendly. The wait was long. However Autumn was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and did an outstanding job.
My experience at the location on 34th Street North St. Petersburg was great. I was in and out of there in a 30 minutes. There must have been a hundred people in there and they were very efficient. Great system
