No one person who works here is on the same page, meaning you get different information from each person causing you to have to go back and forth multiple times. It's a nightmare. Pinellas needs to get together with Manatee and learn how to run things more efficiently so to not waste people's time. With our final attempt, worker John-Paul and Chauncey were very helpful and professional!

Went in for a CCW that was ‘by appointment only’ and was turned away by some creature in a t shirt. I’m sure he’s a nice guy but any man who demeans himself with a fake job provided by the government should at least be made to dress for the environment. Embarrassing, really
