I must say, I have had a very good business relationship with the owner of this company. They were responsive and on top of the entire process. Any time I contacted them, they responded in just a short while. I would recommend anyone to seek assistance from them. They have been in the area for some time now and really strive to do right by the customer. I do say always do your due diligence. Know what you want and who you are working with. My experience rates a 5 star.
these people sold me a refrigerator that didn't work. I brought it back and the owner was "out sick" after multiple attempts for a refund or replacement I gave up! should have exposed these Dicks on the local news. they sell garbage and don't honor their warranties! stay away from this place! I'm surprised they're still open! DO NOT give them any of your money!!!
My experience with this company was atrocious. Unfortunately. I bought a washer and dryer sight unseen because I couldn't care less about what they look like I just wanted them to work, they where delivered. The washer works well enough. My first dryer shocked my friend so it needed to be replaced, as that indicates a short. The owner called me "paranoid" for wanting this changed out and that it was impossible. But he did replace it. I did everything I could to resolve this issue, but was unable, This is a simple case of buyers remorse, once she got the dryer she didn't like it and wanted her money back I was %100 honest about the condition of the machines and told her up front, if she chose to buy this set without coming in to look at it, I would not give her money back if she didn't like it , so she created the story about how it electrocuted her friend, She's mad at me for the choice she made.. Its so nice to see someone go above and beyond to assist you. They immediately responded to messages and went the extra mile to make sure i would be able to receive my appliances very quickly!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE..... Civil Case #********** search on my Pinellasclerk.org We took him to court and won a judgement award of $ 2146.63 on February 17th 2016. G. was found in contempt of court by the judge and was arrested for failing to follow the judges orders. As of 12/9/2018 we have not received any payments from G. We purchased from ******* and will return as their products and service were great. G. like to blame customers for his poor products and service.
