Very professional and very nice. We are not wealthy people or we would not be getting assistance for housing but I have never been slighted or meant to feel bad because I am not wealthy. That is super important.
I guess it's not possible for children to have a safe place to live. This county allows for landlords to apsolutly screw the people. You contribute to poverty and homelessness When you allow poperty management to use prospective tenits for app fees that are not returned, over charge tenits, raise fees above 3x the rent, or charge 3x the rent yet ask above reasonable income. We had money for a down! We have now spent almost $1000 on Non Refundable application fees! We have two kids! We are literally being forced into homeless... read more

The stupidest group of people i have ever dealt with. Landlords please be careful because they will put people in your home and not pay you!
Hi my name is Suzie and I've been here in Clearwater for almost 3 yr.s and 8 am looking for 2 bdrm place but I can't afford much I'm retired now & can't afford much.Im a clean person and will keep up whatever needs to be done that I can do.I signed up on line on here I think .I'm not really sure where to do it ,if this place isn't right.
