I've been a patient / client of Dr. Kevin Hyde for a little over 8 years. He is the consummate professional. I've had the privilege over time to watch him grow his practice, and I believe he would only employ other practitioners of similar caliber. I had the pleasure of working with Laurie Giancola receiving EMDR treatment. I am still in shock over the absolutely life changing result. In just 4 sessions, I am a new person. The freedom I feel is nothing short of miraculous. Laurie was easy to talk to and she explained the process well. I felt comfortable and safe. This was the very best decision I have ever made.
Given the fact that this is a mental health facility offering support for a variety of mental health related services, you would think it was critically important to return a call to someone asking for help. This facility did not despite several attempts. Very bad and seems to me their priority is not the patient. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
Horrible. First appointment had to move due to a scheduling conflict with work and was given notice multiple days ahead bc of their limited hours at night. Second website was not working due to wifi connections. Strongly recommend you go somewhere else.
I have had the pleasure of knowing Dr. Hyde as both a colleague and friend. Dr. Hyde's relatability and nonjudgmental approach to treatment are but a few of his many gifts. His ethical standards of practice and emphasis on evidenced-based treatments are a demonstration of his commitment to his practice and clients. I am comfortable recommending clients to his practice without hesitation, as I know they will be treated with the highest level of professionalism and respect.
