I use to work at this resort when it was called "Lake Lanier Pineisle resort" associated with Stouffers Hotel, back in 1993. I was working under Chef Lesley Pierre. Some of the greatest memories I've had. I lived on the Island at the RV site, in a 3 room tent. Myself and my friend Joe transfered from Battlecreek, Mi. Packed up our bags and headed for our dreams. No internet. Just a map. Woke up everyday, walked outside our tent and jumped into the lake. This is where my life long journey of travel began.
