I loved Dr. P. from the first time I met her in the ER nearly 20 years ago. When she went into private practice, I wanted her as my doctor, and it was the best decision I have ever made. The first visit to her office, I was welcomed by friendly, knowledgeable, staff. I've never had a doctor and nurses that care so much. I feel like part of the family. Warmth and compassion are important character qualities for a Family Practice physician, and Dr. Pineiro has and demonstrates both.
We have been her patients for almost 10 years. Wonderful diagnostician with a warm manner. Excellent staff as well. If you wish to take an active role in your own healthcare and want a doctor who will treat you as a partner in this endeavor, she is the one to choose. Very busy practice, and has office hours only 4 days a week, so check first if she is accepting new patients.
Dr. Pineiro is a well informed, kind doctor. She has my highest regard. I wish there were more like her.
