Twice in a week, Pinehurst got my cat in for urgent care appointments as we tried to figure out why she was so sick and what would help. The staff were helpful and caring, and I felt listened to. My cat is now recovering!
IZZY was in for a follow-up to his stomach upset from last Friday. Dr Fuji was very kind to examine him and felt he had recovered nicely.
Used to be great with care when they first opened, now it's run like a factory. Called to fill flea meds as I was leaving town, they assured me someone is going to call each time or send a text. Asked to get a written prescription instead but somehow it takes several days to get that as well.. No words or follow up after they said they would. Very disappointed.
Attentive, thorough and compassionate. My animals have always so well cared for by this team!
The doctors & technicians at Pinehurst Veterinary Hospital are terrific. We have taken our English Springer Spaniel to them several times for vaccinations a surgery & her monthly injection. They are always on time and very accommodating.
