I see Dr. Tracy who is an amazing doctor. I also get my infusion done with Sandy, or Liz who are wonderful. Teresa at the front desk is always on top of paperwork and check-in. Best rheumatology I have been to.
Dr Shorn and her medical assistant were awful. They were both rude and dismissive. I went to another rheumatologist and was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. Don't waste your time.
Don't waste your time if you even have a referral. I had Tricare transfer my referral to Pinehurst because I saw the reviews and I was impressed with what the patients said. However, after they received my referral they told me they needed more documentation. So I sent them what I have (I deal with the military health system , so having them communicate with the outside is difficult), so I sent them what I had on the 3rd. They doctor was very nice explained everything to me and checked me put good, I would recommend this place to everybody, clean and friendly💜🙏🏼
