Quite simply one of the worst experiences I have ever had in anything related to home ownership. Not only was there no handoff between this company and Mission Management, they (Pinehurst) made 0 effort to get in contact with me about this transition. I had also recently moved and they did not bother to ensure their letters were reaching me. They also lied about changing the billing cycle from quarterly to monthly. Very unprofessional, they don’t respond to emails or phone calls. Good luck getting a hold of the person that deals with your particular HOA, they always seem to be in meeting some out of the office. The people that work the front desk do not seem to have any idea what is going on or how to help very basic questions. I would use another property management company.

Unorganized, no one is ever available, they will send a “warning” with a date that the “problem” needs to be completed by, but then send a fine before that “said date”. No notice for when payment is due, but then send a 90 day late fee, even though you never received a bill. Absolute horrible HOA.

Again joining other reviewers for another poor evaluation of Pinehurst community managers. I had posted my negative review of Donna Wood and now have to post another one for her replacement, Sue Logan. Sue and her team don't communicate timely and thoroughly with the owners, and don't take responsibility for their mistakes, not even a simple apology.
