If I could give 0 stars, I would. My apartment was bug infested and they wouldn’t let me out of my lease. No one is ever at the office, no one ever answers phone calls, no one ever responds to my emails. I have been trying for days to turn in my keys to leave this horrible place behind and no one will return my messages. The power goes out regularly, there’s construction everywhere, you can’t even use the pool - they send you next door and you have to hope the gate to that pool is open. Would not recommend - moved out in 2023 due to complex becoming neglected due to the construction next door. The only highlight was the kind and helpful maintenance team.
This community dont have any maintenance personnel . We are facing cocroaches issue from three years and no resolution after many time raised complaints . Now the worst they did is removed maintanance person from property means they only give you emergency maintanance.

I scheduled a tour and they did a "no call no show", I also called and no one answer. I seen another review of the same issue it seems like this a "norm' for them to do to future tenants/residents so I can't imagine living there and they do the same, no thanks. First impressions are important and this was very unprofessional.
