I have been using Pinehurst for flower orders for years and they have always done a fantastic job. One time I had an issue and they fixed it immediately. Great flower arrangements. Great customer service.

I had a beautiful bouquet of roses delivered to me a week ago. The only problem was that they were soft at the base and already in full bloom. I called and expressed my issue, and then a week later, I received another beautiful bouquet of roses that were not in full bloom. Thank you; that was very thoughtful, I feel that I was heard.

Not to sound rude, but I had a beautiful bouquet of roses delivered to me today. The only problem is that they are soft at the base and already in full bloom. I called and they said (They should last one and a half weeks, some people either love them or hate them.”) I'll reconsider my review if that is true. Otherwise, we will only give our business to Flowers by L.D from now on.

Super kind staff! Helped me drill a hole in one of my pots and taught me how to propagate the plant I was purchasing! Not that this matters, but they have two adorable cats that you must meet! Anyways super happy with the service and their selection of plants!
