This is ONE AMAZING funeral home and I So appreciate everything they done for my precious husband..The GREAF is SOO OVERWHELMING but the comfort and compassion these PRECIOUS ladies gave me and our son was AMAZING!! I used their website to order flowers for a funeral, I ordered them on the 1st, I requested them for delivery on Saturday the 2nd, funeral was Sunday the 3rd, flowers were delivered Monday the 4th - AFTER FUNERAL . I am extremely disappointed in the service I received. Beware of utilizing their website service
Pinehaven went above and beyond after the loss of our son. I cannot recommend them enough for an easy process during such a difficult time in our lives. Thank y’all for being caring, compassionate, and treating us as if we are family. I’m forever grateful.
A.long story so I'll just point out the highlights. 1. Released my brother's ashes to a non family member. 2. He was a veteran and charged full retail. 3. When a flag was requested it was never sent. 4. After being requested to be picked up, an appointment for pickup was made. The next day when we arrived to pick up. The employee said it would be a few minutes she slipped.out the back door and 40 minutes later showed.up with his veteran, flag. Sad day complicated by Pinehavens uncaring and disrespectful attitude.
My family used them a few yrs ago. 10/10 recommend. They were kind & accommodating.
