Pinehaven went above and beyond after the loss of our son. I cannot recommend them enough for an easy process during such a difficult time in our lives. Thank y’all for being caring, compassionate, and treating us as if we are family. I’m forever grateful.
A.long story so I'll just point out the highlights. 1. Released my brother's ashes to a non family member. 2. He was a veteran and charged full retail. 3. When a flag was requested it was never sent. 4. After being requested to be picked up, an appointment for pickup was made. The next day when we arrived to pick up. The employee said it would be a few minutes she slipped.out the back door and 40 minutes later showed.up with his veteran, flag. Sad day complicated by Pinehavens uncaring and disrespectful attitude.
My family used them a few yrs ago. 10/10 recommend. They were kind & accommodating.
I am humbled and grateful to the kind souls at Pinehaven Funeral Home for guiding our family through an awful and unnatural grief, and the confusion of those things that must be done in such times that are yet so difficult to accomplish.
