Yes, it was convenient Does this veterinarian promptly return your phone calls? No, I have to wait weeks before I hear back Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Yes! They couldn't do anything they told me they would be able to Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Was this provider's office clean?
