Had an issue arise on a new car we had purchased approximately 5 months prior. Discussed the issue with Josh in service and explained what we had encountered. I arrived without an appointment as the battery in my Silverado had died and I needed a replacement. The service department worked me in to check system and replace battery, even though the shop was busy. I was extremely pleased with the prompt service and for the quality battery. The replacement labor charge was less than other shops in the area, for the same service. I was very pleased with all aspects of the visit and would recommend Pinegar for anyone needed service on their vehicle. Eldon Bohmont
