The service department does not fix the issues just throws parts and clears codes at it.service will not communicate with you will tell you they will call you they do not!!bought my brand new 2020 ***** silverado have had it in for service engine light 8 times has cost ** day of work time and can not get anyone to communicate including the service Manger who told ** he would call letting ** know what going on still waiting on him to call I would not recommend taking anything to service at pinegar in branson mo!!!

Had a scheduled appointment to have oil changed and tires rotated. This appointment was made 2 weeks in advance. We drove 150 miles to Pinegar service center and arrived at 11:20 a.m. Our appointment was for 11:30 as we have schedule that time on Saturdays since we bought this Pickup in 2017. When I arrived there the girl, who I have never seen before in the past tells me I don't have an appointment, to which I tell that I did and it had been made two weeks in advance. Bought a vehicle from Pinegar in Branson three years ago. Luckily we purchased an extended warranty as we had to have over $3700 worth of work done to it. All work was done by Pinegar. We went to trade it in today and found out it has an 8,000 mile discrepancy on Car Fax from before we purchased it. Granted we should have done our own Car Fax but Pinegar should not have sold this vehicle without telling us about the higher mileage. We would never have bought it.
