-Clean, safe, and well maintained property. -Great communication with management before, during, and after closing on the new condo. -Maintenance crews accommodate all request. -Community Center amenities such as a heated pool that has 24/7 access is a huge bonus. -Very fair leasing price verses other local properties in the area. (We looked at a lot of properties before deciding to move into this community)
