Great management. They treat you like family
Water shut down notice put on mailbox on the day of the shutdown. Water was supposed to be back on by 6:00AM. It is now 10:40AM and still no water. Work vehicle for the repair company is a suv. Sometimes the lowest bid is not the correct choice. Hire a real contractor. Have lived here for a year and a half and this is like the fifth or sixth water shut down. It is never turned back on at the promised time.
I have lived in Pinedale for about 24 years, it seems every year around summertime some punk ass kids screw something up down at the pool therefore closing it. Here we go again, Pool closed cause some punk ass kids are playing with wAter balloons stopping it up. Pool rules. NO WATER BALLOONS. Parents stop letting your kids break the rules. Every fricken year someone screws it up for the rest of us !!!!! Grow the $$ck up !!!
Pinedale is under new ownership and management. Gwynne Sharman Is the new Manager is amazing to work with!
