Way back when, this place was called "The Little Shack" and before that "The Suntree Tavern" The bar was made of plywood and the floor was covered in peanut shells. The trailer park next door was the source of the regulars and they seemed territorial. In 1995 my little brother{6'2 275lbs} and I came in for a beer. I have been eating at Pineda Crossing for a decade and would recommend it to anyone. The food and service are both outstanding.
We come in on a regular basis. So we know Kathy. And she made tonight VERY uncomfortable. Our server didn't deserve the treatment she got tonight. I have never...in all my days... known for it to be acceptable to scold or reprimanded an employee in front of customers. She was completely out of line tonight. I might even want to say she was completely "off her rocker". That's being nice. It's a small establishment. I'm sure we weren't the only patrons to notice her behavior.
Food & service was great but I thought it was/is a little pricey. Still would recommend it as a good spot to eat.
