Ever since the ownership was publicly shamed by a local news station into having to fix the water system. They are now taking it out on the tenants. Excessively raising rent. And attacking and harassing any tenants they believe had a hand in getting the new station on to the property. The ownership is also currently in the process of attempting to gentrify the park by only allowing new trailers moved in and kicking out all of the ** tenants so they can justify rate hikes
The owners of Pine Croft are slumlords. The water is undrinkable. Cloudy. Disgusting. I dont even let my pets drink the water that how bad it is. Nor brush my teeth with it. I have had the same issue with my plumbing for over a year now. They do temporarily fixes that only leaves myself and my son suffering. Each time a plumber has came back it to access the issue it has never been deemed tenants fault or tenants responsibility.
