David unfortunately your track record speaks for itself. Like I’ve said I’ve never even had to interact with a landlord, and you were an absolute nightmare. Lawyers had to be hired to keep you from taking my money on false or minor changes. He kept 1400 of a $5,000 security deposit with nail holes for pictures 90.% the other was laughable. Don't rent from this man. He is a shady landlord. Charges you his home warranty premium for any repairs. Light bulb changed $75. Want to switch out the 40 year old washer and dryer for your new ones you own... $75. Toilet leaking... $75. Also he will take your security deposit for damages he hadn't fixed from prior residents. His adds stae lawn care. Yeah don't beleive that. He's a slum lord and will nickel and dime you to the last cent. Stay away!! Something about this guy just throws me off. The way he treats his tenants is diabolical and disrespectful, I’ve never experienced a human so vile.
