David doesn’t pay after service you do, our business was servicing one of his properties and had a contract and David apparently said “why did I service when it was already done” When I was the one maintaining that property and then says “why did you do it if you see it was already done” When a day before I had did maintenance to that property. We had sent out the invoice and everything, and serviced the property on time. Then proceeds to not pay and just disappear.
I purchase rental properties and fix and flips in the centrals and and west coast of Florida. One of my team members contacted David to see if he had any properties for sale as we knew he was an agent in the central Florida area. I called about a listing he had that had not yet hit the market. This property was a duplex and leased to two separate tenants. bad business do not work with David, doesn’t pay after service you do.
Document everything when you move in !!! This guy will take forever to fix things that break inside the rental then try to blame you and try to charge you when you move out . He does not maintain his properties and he’s extremely rude. 3 years I I stayed at one of his properties and I would always pressure wash the driveways and the houses because they clearly do not care about his properties ….
