My son recently took his own life- that in itself is hard to navigate. Candace and Tara are who we had our arrangements visit with. These ladies are so caring, pay attention to details you don't even think about and listen when you get side tracked with a story about your loved one. They walked us through the obituary and had great patience with us as I had to get correct spelling of names from his dad's side. Candace kept us up to date as things happened. I've been trying to get my stepfather a plaque for 4 years now because he was in the Army and he qualifies for a small plate states that no one ever calls me back and when they do they never get anything accomplished they never called me and tell me what they've accomplished or if they've accomplished anything. Every time I call everyone's always busy.
At a time when you are planning the loss of a loved one it is important to work with caring staff. I appreciate the help and support that was provided to make a difference in this difficult process. Thank you for the direction at a really important time.
Very friendly atmosphere in such a troubling time
We lost both my son and daughter in law a little over a year ago. Only recently have we been able to make the final decision in laying our kids to rest. Pinecrest Park has been very helpful and patient in assisting with our needs. I am very grateful for Tarra , who assisted me in this most difficult task .
