Not good, not smooth. not again. The most simple procedure was messy from the start. All Pinecrest had to do was cremate. No funeral, no service. Just cremation. The woman who did the paperwork either did not turn in or messed up so badly I had to call 2 times to get the obituary done correctly. I had to sign contract papers 3 times to get everything spelled correctly and responsible persons to be able to pick up remains from the cremation, when that was also done the first day. I am incredibly grateful to Tara Barber at Pinecrest for her kindness and dedication. She noticed that my mother's headstone plaque was broken and took the initiative to reach out to me, assuring me that they would reorder it. Tara has always been compassionate and helpful in assisting with my mother's plot, providing support during a difficult time. Her professionalism and genuine care truly stand out. This place is a joke don’t come early for your appointment because lord they can’t get you in doesn’t matter what is going on they will make you wait till the last minute. Have more then one person running things good god this is sad. Some people like to get stuff done not wait all day.
