My husband and I recently closed on a home with this builder. Prior to signing a contract, we were given an incentive by Doug Schneider (sales consultant), that we would receive a refrigerator and laundry appliances if we signed before the end of February. Everything within the home and pricing aligned with our needs, so the appliances being included were the cherry on top, so we signed.
