My Sister lives here. She has been without a working stove for 5 months. She reported it to the apartments. But to no avail nothing was done about it. She is disabled but works part time to make do. She is a consumer. This is wrong on all levels. A.R.S. 33-1324 Which states Failure to fix a broken stove after receiving proper notice is a violation of the lease and Arizona law. In my experience, every individual that I have had the pleasure of speaking to in regards to these apartments has consistently displayed a high level of professionalism and respect. I have received prompt responses from them, with efficient and timely communication being a hallmark of their approach. Furthermore, I am pleased to say that even my neighbors within the apartment community exude kindness and consideration, further enhancing the overall positive atmosphere of this living space. Haven't lived here...yet haha. But, the manager seems really cool and nice. That in it self goes a long way, when it comes to being a tenant at ANY apartment complex.... kudos to her . Her husband seems really nice as well.
Most are very welcoming and kind. No washer dryer hookup but the price for the onsite laundry is better than anywhere else, Staff is great and helpful... I love it here...
