The maintenance guy medles in your business and tries to be management
I think it is bull that Ken/Ben whatever goes around being rude and disrespectful. Almost trying to strong arm people. I like Jennifer she is kind and friendly but he is mean and rude and I don't care for him at all. My door is still not fixed, the screen people used to try and break in is still not fixed and I'm sure it won't be. I will admit that I got an illness as soon as we moved in which cost me my job and caused us to pay late, however being mean and disrespectful is not OK!
Poor management after ginger left nobody is ever in the office when you call no one answers if the voice-mail box isn't full there still isn't a point to leave a message because you won't get a call back anyhow unless it's like a week or two later
Bad place to live thanks to sun Homes.. kid gets stabbed. 1 Neighbor found beheaded on gazon. Nobody's ever at the office. Brand new trailers becoming infested with cock roaches that move around once people get evicted..
