I went there hoping for a therapeutic and RESPECTABLE massage and was deeply offended by the "therapist's" behavior. I won't go into it here, but it was absolutely disgusting. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED.
The massage itself was just okay, but it lacked the proper pressure and attention to detail that I was hoping for. It felt rushed, and the therapist didn’t focus on the areas I mentioned beforehand. For the price, I expected a more professional experience, but it didn’t quite meet my expectations. Overall, it wasn’t terrible, but I wouldn’t go back or recommend it.
Pinebrook Spa has new Korean masseuses, and they are warm and nice. I highly recommend their services! The ambiance is relaxing, and the staff are friendly and professional. I had a wonderful experience and left feeling rejuvenated. Will definitely be back!
The therapist assigned to me was highly skilled and attentive to my needs. They took the time to listen to my concerns and tailored the massage accordingly.
