Absolute worst experience for warranty repairs. Took over a month and in some cases year to get the issues even partially resolved. Scheduled multiple times and no body even showed up. Had to follow up many times and seems lack of responsibility. Quality seems really bad.

As a first time home owner the process for buying a home with Pulte was effortless from the beginning to the end. There was always a constant line of communication from all the staff.
