RecommendedEXTREMELY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. While searching for retirement communities for both my parents, I met Aimee LaPine at Pinebrook. I don't think I've ever met a nicer person that was sooo helpful. Even though they could not accomodate the needs of my parents, she helped us locate a couple of communities that could. Thank goodness for Pinebrook! Our parents have lived there for 5 years! The staff is genuinely caring and kind. Our father recently passed away and everyone was so kind to our mother. It has been difficult not to visit mom, but such a relief to know that she is in such capable hands during Covid 19. They have done an amazing job! 😇

I want to give a huge shout out to the staff at Pinebrook. They have done such an amazing job during very difficult times. My sweet momma (Dorothy) is so happy here. Even though I have not been able to be with her since early March, her spirits are still very high. That is only thanks to the staff. This place is ok if your loved one is independent, but they are very poorly staffed and have a pitiful excuse for a charge nurse. They do not check the residents during the night as they lead you to believe resulting in numerous falls. Place should be reported to the state.
